Donald A. Pattalock, Managing Member & General Partner

Mr. Pattalock has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, land, water, and mineral resource development. An economic geologist by education and a businessman by career, he has experience in raw land development, water rights, mining, and exploration.

Currently, he is General Manager and Member of Heinz Ranch Land Company, LLC, which is developing the 1,737 acre Heinz Ranch as the 5,000 unit StoneGate Master Planned Community. As a leader on a team of professionals, Mr. Pattalock has helped lead the development of the foremost master-planned community in Northern Nevada from raw land acquisition through equity commitments, agency entitlements, government relations, project design, and market positioning to utility infrastructure design and construction.

A founding member of Conduit, LLC, which through its ownership of New Nevada Resources, LLC and New Nevada Lands, LLC, owns and manages 1,250,000 acres of mineral rights and royalty interests and 450,000 acres of surface rights in Northern Nevada.

Mr. Pattalock holds a Nevada Real Estate Brokers License. He consults at SVN|Gold Dust Commercial Associates relative to land and development projects, both locally and nationally, through the SVN National Lands Council.

Founder of Giornico Holdings and Advisory, LLC. The company serves as an asset holding company for various membership interests, real property assets, and consulting services for the land, water, mineral, and royalty-related industries.

Previously, Mr. Pattalock has served as a Director of Nevada Iron Ltd., a publicly-traded iron mining company, and held the position of Vice President of Nevada Land and Resource Company, LLC and Vidler Water Company, Inc. Through the course of his career, Mr. Pattalock has developed broad-based management experience in the permitting and development of large-scale natural gas power plants, municipal water supply projects, and land acquisition/disposition programs in the western United States. Mr. Pattalock has served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Engineering, University of Nevada Reno.
