GHA is an owner in many companies, assets, and projects. GHA brings a solid history of value creation to our clients and projects through highest-and-best-use analysis, asset positioning, and marketplace understanding, intending to reach tangible revenue event(s) for the projects. Additionally, GHA performs advisory services to clients through project management and owners representation. GHA has extensive experience with public bodies, including congressional delegation, state legislature, county/city governments, and regional boards relative to highly controversial land and water issues throughout the western United States.
